Organize with Google – Mail, Calendar and Forms

Description:

Brand new to Google and want to know more? Want to get tech ready for back to school? This is the workshop for you! In this workshop participants will have the opportunity to learn how to organize using Gmail, Calendar and Forms. Participants will also have the opportunity to spend time exploring the Google products with the guidance of the instructor.

  • Calendar-Participants will create a new calendar, set up mobile alerts, and create a new event that contains a link to a document to simulate how they can use Calendar to share their lesson plans
  • Forms-Participants will get an overview of examples of Google forms and learn to create custom templates and manage form responses.
